The Pollstar Awards’ 2025 “Pop Tour of the Year” returns on a 23-date lap through Japan and the United States. Billie Eilish confirmed Part 2 of her “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR” last spring — “heard you wanted more shows,” she teased on Instagram in the middle of this year’s European run. The “Happier Than Ever” and “Bad Guy” singer plots a four-night North Carolina trek from Raleigh to Charlotte, which includes this Spectrum Center concert kicking off on October 19th, a Sunday, just before her next stop in Philadelphia.
